This project is to enforce the beacon system consisting of both the frontend DSRC infrastructure using beacons and the DSRC Backend System to aid the analysis on the communication and interface requirement between AV’s OBU and Beacon systems.
As Singapore moves towards being a Smart Nation, trials for the autonomous vehicles were set up at One North. ATT TraffiComms is proud to be the provider of these beacons that are used to communicate traffic information to the autonomous vehicles and collect information from them to be used for route planning, speed control, etc.
