Role and Responsibilities

• In this role, you will assist in designing, developing, and testing software solutions for our products under the guidance of senior developers.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the design, development, and testing of software solutions.
  • Assisting the Head of Engineering with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Helping in project scheduling and tracking to ensure timelines are met.
  • Participating in stakeholder meetings to gain exposure to different roles and responsibilities within the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Diploma/Degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 3-6 months.
• Open to applications from interns and part-time students.
• Background or interest in web application development is highly desirable.
• Experience with web APIs and integrating them into applications is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar Gen AI tools is advantageous.
• Candidates interested in web application development and applied Machine Learning are encouraged to apply.
• All successful candidates will receive on-the-job training to develop their skills further.

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and architecture
• Perform software development work in a team environment.
• Able to follow agile development methodology, DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Perform testing, deployment and support of the solutions.
• Attend project related meetings with clients as well as internal meetings (as and when required)
• Assist with the development of the test plans and test cases and adhere to software test plans

Requirements

• Strong foundation in data structure, programming structure and control flows
• Degree in Computer Science
• Has exposure with web or backend development in Java, Node.JS, and Javascript languages
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing
• Technology-focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
• Team player and can work with minimum supervision.
• Has high initiative to learn emerging technologies relating to software development and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Development team in preparing technical presentations and proposals for clients.
• Support the development of product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Project team to gather and analyze technical specifications.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and materials for client meetings.
• Help manage customer inquiries and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and processes is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineer in coordination works relating to Projects and Maintenance.
• Assist Project Engineer with onsite supervision and management of stakeholders.
• Assist in Procurement of materials and equipment.
• Support in administrative work for the Project Engineer.
• Assist in Schedule and Control of the project to meet timeline.
• Participating in Meeting with stakeholder for exposure of each stakeholder’s job scope.
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with MS office and internet applications and Organization skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong & effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Assist Project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Assist in Project management, structure, and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and on time delivery of the project.
• Assist in managing client expectations and proper scope.
• Assist in managing and handling the implementation of successful systems integration projects
• Able to liaise on product development and technical activities with the sales team.
• Assist to liaise and coordinate with the technical team, subcontractors, and customers with regards to the implementation of the project
• To always follow all company business operation and SOP
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.

Maintenance

• Assist in supporting maintenance and troubleshooting of multiple integrated security systems installed in client’s site.
• Assist in attending and carrying out Fault Finding as well as diagnosis of systems breakdowns for both mechanical and electrical components/ equipment.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures.
• Assist the Engineer in maintaining records of all breakdowns and repair for analysis and statistical studies.
• Assist to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
• Assist the Engineer to maintain stock inventory and to perform stock checks on a periodic basis.
• Assist the Engineer/Manager to prepare the Monthly Maintenance report, Incident Report as well as PR Issuance.

Project

• Assist the Engineer on project systems design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Assist on project management, structure, and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and on time delivery of the projects.
• Assist in managing client expectations and proper scope management.
• Assist in managing and handling the implementation of successful system integration projects.
• Assist to liaise on product development and technical activities to sales team.
• Assist to liaise and coordinate with the technical team, subcontractors, and customers with regards to the implementation of the project.
• Any operational and maintenance activities as instructed by the assigned Engineer/Manager.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Willing to work on site and provide onsite support, if required
