Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) Communication System

Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) cooperative technology is one of the V2X technologies that play an increasing role in informing connected vehicles about speed, traffic warnings, the time-to-red, time-to-green of traffic lights, etc. As Singapore moves forward to improve the future traffic management system, the efficacy of Dedicated Short-Range Communications (DSRC) beacons have been tested and deployed at various places in Singapore. 

DSRC is a highly secure, high-speed two-way short-to-medium-range wireless communication function used between vehicles and infrastructure. Robust in the face of radio interference and interference from distant sources, it permits very high data transmission critical in communications-based active road safety applications which brings about increased safety and improved adjustability.  

The system also provides real time notifications, backend data and reports, which also facilitate better reaction timings, reporting efficiency, and trend analysis, consequently reducing the need for laborious physical monitoring.  

Traffic Collection System

By having a traffic collection system in place, road traffic systems will be more reliable, and data of real-time events can be collected. In recent years, progress in Sensor and data processing technologies have resulted in more accurate and richer transport data. 

Our Traffic Collection systems provide reliable and accurate traffic and weight data. On top of that, it offers a wide array of end-to-end solutions including traffic radar systems, iControl sensors, equipment, installation, maintenance, data harvesting, verification, hosting, and reporting.  

Capable of being, either portable or permanent, the Traffic Collection System offers real-time Volume Occupancy, and Speed (VOS) which reports becoming the Traffic Management System with valuable data reporting of comprehensive high-value data.   

Traffic Enforcement System

Traffic Enforcement Systems are technical recording devices that are automatically triggered upon the occurrence of a traffic violation. The data of the traffic violations will be recorded thereby enabling the subsequent identification of the vehicle and its owner for penalisation. Punitive cameras are used to automate the part of the process used to issue tickets and fines to motorists who flout regulations and break the law.   

Our Mobile Traffic Enforcement Camera employs highly advanced CCTVs with high accuracy speed measurement to capture road users who have flouted the road safety regulations in place. The data recorded include but are not limited to speed detection, classification & tracking, event recognition, and Static and logical counting. Thus, highly accurate detection, differentiation and monitoring of traffic flows and conditions can be accomplished.

The innovative and intelligent Traffic Video Analytics (TVA) System by ATT Group analyses video images from the cameras and has the ability to automate the procedure of traffic counting and classification according to set parameters. It provides accurate and reliable information which enable speed measurements, and identification and enhancement of high traffic or congested routes for traffic movement management and traffic control. 

With the robust motion detector, it integrates automatic incident detection, data   collection, presence detection, digital recording of pre- and post-incident image sequences and MPEG-4 compression streaming video on one board. It thereby receives real-time data and image information, enabling optimal traffic flow control and accurate and fast incident detection. Additionally, the incident detection has a fast high detection and verification rate, and a low false alarm rate. Thus, the TVA allows you to minimise false alarms without the compromise of its function or usage ease.

Incident detection involves both the collection and analysis of traffic data and is critical to traffic control operations for road system performance maximisation. While it does not prevent incidents, it can reduce delay and the number of secondary accidents due to unusual traffic conditions or events such as stopped vehicles, wrong-way drivers, queues, slow-moving vehicles, fallen objects, dangerous debris, and pedestrians. 

Together with ATT’s traffic video analytics system, the system can pick up on any unusual traffic activity and reduce the impacts of non-recurring congestion issues, thereby improving traffic safety.

Active Mobility Monitoring System

The Active Mobility Monitoring System comprise of various radar sensors to gather and display real time data regarding pedestrian count, and PMD and cyclist speeds.  

The Region of Interest consisting of lines of sensors on the ground, differentiates and counts pedestrians and cyclists or PMDs, displaying it on the panel. Additionally, iControl sensors are placed above for speed detection. With an easy to use and secured back-end system, users can customise reports according to their needs for trend analysis and situational monitoring.
